Para iniciar o Console de Administração do Oracle o Enterprise Manager realize o seguinte procedimento:
Obs.: Utilizamos o oracle pois o mesmo já tem as variáveis de ambiente definidas
1. Entre com o usuário do owner banco, no nosso caso oracle:
[root@meuservidor bin]# su - oracle
2. Execute o seguinte comando
[oracle@meuservidor ~]$ emctl start dbconsole
Resultado:
