Abra o documento de Configuração ,

Vá em MIME -> Advanced -> Advanced Outbound Message Options

e defina no campo, o respectivo valor:

RFC822 phrase handling: Use CN as phrase

depois reinicie o router

> restart task router

Ele agora vai pegar o nome do usuário

-There is a very simple fix to this problem. You can make your emails change from the shortname to RFC 822 format. The steps below show screenshots in version 6+. Version 5 is similar but getting to the configuration document might be slightly different. When you make the change below, your outbound address will be "Firstname Lastname" <[email protected]>. In the receiver's inbox, your message will show from your firstname and lastname instead of your shortname.
