Enable logging

POST /oslc/log/enablelogs 

["log4j.logger.maximo.sql","log4j.logger.maximo.oslc","log4j.logger.maximo.integration"]

Disable logging

POST /oslc/log/disablealllogs 

 <no request body needed>
